減少蛋白霜的用量麵糊就不容易擴展開來,就變的這麼圓滾滾了,我稱他為原味綠胖子ㄏㄏ。小小補充一下,我發現因為蛋白霜減少雖然變得比較黏稠不易流動(水分變少),但是烤溫沒變,很容易烤得太硬脆。
